At Soluance, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders – no minimum required.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. Shipping speed depends on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 6–10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

(Exact times will vary. Customs inspections or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery windows.)

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or order cancellation.

If our system flags an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at Contact@soluance.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct it, but once your order enters processing, we cannot guarantee changes.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to get your order delivered on time, but delays can occur due to:

1. Courier or customs processing issues

2. Severe weather or transportation disruptions

3. Payment verification or product availability issues

If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly. Please note that Soluance cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the courier, it is beyond our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:

1. Contact us at Contact@soluance.com so we can assist.

2. File a claim with the courier (they may request additional details).

3. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

Please note that Soluance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will support you in the process and do everything we can to help.
