Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care, but in rare cases items may arrive damaged. We consider an item damaged if the product itself is defective or broken. Please note: dents or tears in the shipping box alone do not qualify as product damage if the item itself is unaffected.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Contact@soluance.com with a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. 

Shipping & Delivery

We always strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues outside of our control. We also cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed to the courier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for the quickest resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot resend or refund the package.
